Lionel Sosa, Inc., d/b/a Sosa & Associates (Sosa), appellee, brought suit against Donnelley Marketing (Donnelley), appellant, alleging causes of action based upon the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA),1 breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, and gross negligence.
