Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company ("Lumbermens") sued the Eccles Security Agency, Inc. ("Eccles") for insurance premiums due on a policy for workmen's compensation insurance issued in 1981, and renewed in 1982. Eccles filed several counterclaims.
