The plaintiff, Leo Rengers (Rengers), brought this age discrimination suit against his former employer, WCLR Radio Station (WCLR). Plaintiff alleged that his discharge from the defendant's employ in April of 1980 violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. 623(a).
