FOLEY, Judge.

John Dean Whaley appeals from a judgment of conviction for assault in the third degree entered pursuant to a jury verdict on September 18, 1985 and from an October 9, 1985 order denying his motion for new trial. On appeal, he claims that the trial court committed prejudicial error when it excluded evidence of the victim's prior juvenile adjudication for theft, when it refused to allow him to comment on the victim's propensity for violence...
