The appeal presents two questions: (1) Does Idaho's DUI statute create separate offenses—driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a proscribed blood-alcohol content—which require mutually exclusive methods of proof? (2) Is the result of a blood-alcohol test admissible without supplementary evidence...
