This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendants and the defendants' counterclaim. Plaintiffs appeal this adverse verdict. Defendants appeal the denial of their post-verdict motions to increase the damage award of $375,000. This case concerns the propriety of certain bank transactions but the verdict is based upon a promissory note.
