RICHARDSON, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiff appeals a judgment in a construction lien foreclosure action, contending that the court erred in finding that the lien was not timely filed under former ORS 87.0351 and in rejecting certain evidence. Plaintiff also contests the amount of attorney fees awarded to defendants. We affirm.
