This case began in 1977 when Robison, a real estate broker, brought a declaratory judgment action to determine his liability, if any, for misrepresentations made in connection with the sale of the Green Valley Mobile Home Park (Park) by defendants Campbell to defendant-appellant Beverly Katz (Katz).
