In this suit for damages resulting from a work-related injury, plaintiff, tortfeasor Cajun Insulation, Inc., and The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, the intervening worker's compensation insurer, appeal from a $450,000.00 jury award. Although we otherwise affirm the judgment in part, we recast that portion regarding reimbursement of benefits paid by the worker's compensation insurer, and reverse and remand for the limited purpose of determining...
