OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Leonardo Campos, Sr., and Frederico Campos were charged with possessing not more than two ounces of marijuana. Trial was to the court which found each guilty and assessed punishment at sixty days in the County Jail and a fine of $1,000.00 each.

Each appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and otherwise raises the same grounds of error. Because we find the evidence...
