Hopkins, appeal from a summary judgment by the Circuit Court of Mobile County in favor of defendants-appellees, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation (hereinafter "Lawyers Title") and Realty Title Company of Mobile, Inc. (hereinafter "Realty Title"). We reverse.
