In this case Plaintiff-Appellant Thomas F. Jenkins brought this suit against Defendant-Appellee Steakley Brothers Chevrolet Co. for breach of contract and also under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (Texas Business and Commerce Code, Section 17.41 et seq.), concerning the purchase by Jenkins of a new car from Steakley.
