Gary Miller was tried and convicted of the crimes of third-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. Miller appeals the conviction on three grounds: (1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction; (2) the trial court erred in refusing Miller's request to present testimony of his probation officer as character evidence; and (3) the trial court committed prejudicial error by refusing to grant Miller's motion to broaden a sequestration...
