DORSEY, Justice.

This is an appeal from an instructed verdict in a products liability case. Appellant sued both appellees for damages based on breach of implied warranty of merchantability, strict liability in tort, and negligence. The trial court instructed a verdict for appellees on the implied warranty and strict liability causes of action. Trial to a jury resulted in a finding of no negligence on the part of appellees, and a finding of $1,750...
