A jury convicted Abdul Razzaaq of eight counts of armed kidnapping. We affirmed these convictions in Khaalis v. United States, 408 A.2d 313 (D.C.1979), cert. denied, 444 U.S. 1092, 100 S.Ct. 1059, 62 L.Ed.2d 781 (1980). Razzaaq now appeals the denial of his motion to vacate his sentence under D.C.Code § 23-110 (1981). He argues that the trial court violated the Double Jeopardy clause of the Fifth Amendment...
