This appeal is from the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiffs-respondents in an action brought by them for civil conspiracy to defraud, fraudulent conveyance, and constructive trust. Respondents are M.P. Industries, Inc., a corporation, and three of its subsidiaries, Midco Industries, Inc., Midwest Alloys, Inc. and Midwest Precision Casting's Company. The jury returned verdicts in their favor totalling $400,800 in actual damages and $2,100,000...
