MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MAZZONE, District Judge.

The defendant, Rubiel Jesus Gallego-Zapata ("Gallego-Zapata"), moves to suppress all evidence seized from him when he was searched at Boston's Logan Airport on November 20, 1985. He alleges that it was seized in violation of his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure. An evidentiary hearing was held on January 31, 1986, and there was testimony from one of the Drug Enforcement Administration...
