BURGESS, Justice.

Audrey Eldon Bagley plead guilty to a jury of the offense of Aggravated Rape. The jury assessed his punishment at 50 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Mr. Bagley was represented at the trial by qualified, competent counsel. He is represented on appeal by one of those trial counsel. Mr. Bagley has filed with this court a pro se "brief".
