Appellants sued the Grathens and DeGardner Realty for fraud in the sale of appellants' home. The Grathens, potential purchasers, signed a purchase agreement to buy the Boyds' home. Patrick White, DeGardner Realty's employee, was Grathens' real estate agent at the time of the transaction.
