Richards (Richards) appeals the district court's summary judgment dismissing his personal injury negligence suit against defendant-appellee J.A. Jones Construction Company (Jones) on the basis that Richards was the statutory employee of Jones under the Louisiana Worker's Compensation Law and was hence relegated to the exclusive remedies provided by the Worker's Compensation Law...
