Plaintiff, Orlan L. Lee, Sr., sued defendants, Rally Car Wash, Inc. and its insurer Great Southwest Fire Insurance Company, for damages allegedly due to a fall he suffered while washing his car at a Rally Car Wash facility. After trial, in written reasons for judgment, the district court found that plaintiff's injuries were caused solely by his own negligence; therefore, he was not entitled to recover damages from defendant.
