Defendant George F. Coleman, an attorney, moves pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) to dismiss plaintiffs' second cause of action and pursuant to Rule 12(f) to strike certain allegations in the complaint as scandalous, immaterial and impertinent.
