Appellant Douglas Wayne Hagen was convicted by a jury of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.342(c), (d) and (e) (1984), and two counts of first-degree burglary in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.582, subd. 1(b) and (c) (1984).
