WHITHAM, Justice.

Appellant appeals a conviction for investing in the manufacturing of a controlled substance; i.e., amphetamine. Appellant also appeals a conviction for possession of cocaine. We find no merit in any of appellant's three grounds of error in the investing case. Consequently, we affirm the trial court's judgment of conviction for investing in the manufacture of amphetamine.
