This appeal is before us because the district court sustained, for lack of personal jurisdiction, the special appearance of the defendants Jos. Schlitz Brewing Company (Schlitz) and Stroh Brewery Company (Stroh), two foreign corporations. See Iowa R.Civ.P. 66.
