WOZNIAK, Judge.

Appellant Gary Lohmeier was convicted of several charges stemming from a shooting incident outside Occie's Bar in Minneapolis. On appeal he claims the trial court erred in refusing his request to instruct the jury on first-degree manslaughter by not vacating certain assault convictions and in ruling that his prior convictions were admissible for impeachment. He also claims the jury acted unreasonably in rejecting his self-defense...
