These actions were brought against defendants Louis Zimmer and Louis Zimmer Communications, Inc. by a former employee and the Secretary of Labor on behalf of the discharged employee.

The Secretary of Labor alleges in Civil Action No. 84-3379 that the former employee was discharged on account of engaging in conduct protected by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651
