This is an appeal from a judgment of the Criminal District court for the Parish of Orleans, rendered on June 21, 1980 in accordance with a unanimous jury verdict finding the defendant guilty of aggravated burglary under R.S. 14:60 and forcible rape under R.S. 14:42.1.1

On March 16, 19842 at approximately 1:00 a.m. defendant Jonathan Moore broke into the dwelling at 6922 Yorktown Street...
