CRIPPEN, Judge.

Relator Stephen Kemp was discharged by respondent United States Department of Agriculture effective May 5, 1985. He applied for unemployment compensation but was denied benefits by a claims deputy of the Department of Economic Security, who determined that relator was terminated for misconduct.
