The trial court found a non-competition agreement valid and enforceable and enjoined defendants and their employees from doing business with plaintiff's customers for the six-month term of the agreement. One dollar damage for breach of the contract and $5,000 punitive damages were awarded in favor of the plaintiff and against both defendants.
