LANSING, Judge.

Stanford Township appeals from a judgment entered after a jury awarded $13,500 to Dorothy Edling based on the township's failure to maintain and regulate a part adjacent to Edling's campground and $2,500 based on the township's negligent maintenance of a public road. Edling appeals the trial court's ruling that a deed under which she conveyed the property to the township so long as the property is used for "park purposes" conveys...
