F.W. Woolworth Co. ("Woolworth") ordered a shirt through Bunnan Tong Co. ("Bunnan Tong") that ignited and injured one of the plaintiffs. This diversity case concerns whether Woolworth or Bunnan Tong should bear the costs of settlement for those injuries.
