Appellant Bradley Buchmann was found guilty of two counts of second degree assault under Minn.Stat. § 609.222 (1984). On appeal, Buchmann argues that a new trial should have been granted or the case should have been dismissed because: (1) there is insufficient evidence to support his convictions; (2) there was juror misconduct; (3) the prosecution failed to comply with the discovery rules; (4) the prosecution improperly impeached...
