Defendant, Theodore Alphonso Osborne, was convicted by a jury of robbery with a dangerous weapon. From a judgment imposing a thirty-five-year sentence for the Class D felony, defendant appeals. Defendant's eight assignments of error relate to the admission of certain real and testimonial evidence, the trial court's denial of defendant's motion for a mistrial and motion to dismiss the charges at the conclusion of the evidence, and the court's findings...
