BENAVIDES, Justice.

This appeal concerns the question of who is entitled to possession of the will of an individual who has been declared non compos mentis and had a guardian appointed. Appellant, guardian of the person and the estate of Sophia D. Rauh, brought suit to force appellee, the personal attorney of Sophia D. Rauh, to turn over to her Mrs. Rauh's original will. After a hearing before the court, the appellant's motion was denied....
