This medical malpractice-wrongful death action is before this court for the second time. On plaintiff's appeal from a jury verdict and judgment in favor of defendants, we earlier ruled that plaintiff had failed to sustain his burden of proving a causal relationship between the alleged negligence of defendants and the death of his wife. The Supreme Court sustained a motion to transfer and has now remanded the appeal to this court...
