REDMANN, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff building owner appeals from a judgment that (1) rejected his demand for damages and other relief from the recordation of a terminated and then altered $925,000 purchase agreement and (2) awarded a commission on that purchase agreement to brokers Farnsworth Samuel Ltd., plus attorney's fees. We reverse, and award damages and attorney's fees to the owner.
The owner had sued the prospective buyer, but the only remaining parties...
