The plaintiff, Karen Kress Weisbord, an attorney, filed this mandamus action requesting the Court to order the defendant, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to issue award notices to four claimants whom the plaintiff successfully represented and to order the payment of attorneys' fees due her in these four social security cases.
