This is an appeal from an award of actual and punitive damages for wrongful conversion of an automobile. The Interfirst Bank, Dallas, Texas, brought a replevin action against Terry Lee Hanson, seeking to recover a 1980 Datsun 280TZ Turbo (vehicle).
