Appellant Equitable Trust Company sued to have various conveyances set aside. Equitable alleged that Jon D. Roland had fraudulently conveyed his interest in Henze Farms Joint Venture to his mother, Miladie Fraser, to avoid subjecting it to execution under a judgment held by appellant against him.
