This matter was heard by the Court without a jury on April 29, 1986. The Court having heard the evidence, examined the exhibits, pleadings, stipulations, and post-trial memoranda submitted by the parties, now makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as to the damages sustained by plaintiff as a result of the allision of the four defendant barges with the Kansas City Southern Railway's Calcasieu River Bridge...
