This appeal arises from the grant of summary judgment for defendant Dr. Campbell on all counts in an action arising from an on-the-job injury to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff, Michael Roper, was employed as a framing carpenter at the time of his injury. He was at that time working on the renovation of a medical office owned by Dr. Lory Campbell, a defendant here. Hubert Walley, the other defendant, was also a carpenter on this renovation project...
