COLEMAN, Judge.

This appeal involves the termination of the residual parental rights of Marvin Banes to his six year old daughter. Banes asserts that the evidence concerning his conduct and the circumstances surrounding his daughter's situation were not sufficient to prove neglect or warrant termination of his residual parental rights in accordance with Code § 16.1-283. We disagree and affirm the trial court.
