Respondent Leon Kelzer sued appellant Wayne Wachholz to recover damages to his property and punitive damages, alleging that Wachholz committed intentional torts of trespass and damage to property. Ardis Kelzer, Leon Kelzer's daughter, sued Wachholz for personal injuries resulting from the same conduct.
