This is a workers' compensation case on its second appeal to this court. Claimant, Judy Jones Clouston, has been paid $7,333.34 in compensation benefits by the State Self-Insurance Fund (Fund). The Fund claims it is entitled to reimbursement for that amount from Millers Mutual Insurance Company (Millers Mutual), the insurer for Johnson County.
