This is a suit for breach of contract for the construction of a parking lot with an asphalt surface. Plaintiff contends the defendant contractor, Budd Construction Company, Inc. (Budd), breached its warranty of good workmanship. After construction, the surface of the parking lot began to crack and deteriorate.
