This action was instituted on July 30, 1982.1 Plaintiffs, Georgia Seville, Mary DeClerk, Betty Angell and Anna Marie Kelly, are former clerical employees at defendant Martin Marietta's Pershing Modification and Repair Facility in Frankfurt, West Germany.
