• 1 On April 11, 1985, the circuit court of Tazewell County determined that a mail order business operated by the defendants, Joseph M. Ziegler and Array Distributors, Inc., at R.R. 2, Manito, was a public nuisance as defined in section 3 of the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 56 1/2, par. 2103(b)).
