The plaintiffs, inmates at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction at the time they filed their complaint, appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants. The motion judge rejected the inmates' challenge to disciplinary board decisions that resulted in their loss of days of good-time credit against their sentences.
