CLARK, Chief Judge:

Appellant Grover Moran challenges the district court's dismissal of his petition for habeas corpus relief. Because the record supports the district judge's finding that Moran's confession was voluntary, we affirm.

Moran was arrested on March 31, 1977, and charged with multiple counts of crime against nature. His attorney retained a psychiatrist, Dr. Malcolm Latour, to examine him. The attorney instructed Moran to cooperate with Dr. Latour...
